Lowtoxgear is a curated directory — we do not sell, ship or fulfil any products listed on the Site. Every product page links to the brand's own website, and any purchase is a transaction between you and the brand.
Where to send returns and refund requests
Returns, refunds, exchanges and order issues are handled entirely by the brand you purchased from. To request one:
- Find the order confirmation email the brand sent you when you made the purchase.
- Use the contact link in that email, or visit the brand's website and look for "Returns" or "Customer Service" in their footer.
- Follow the brand's returns process. Most brands offer 14–30 days, but exact terms vary.
Lowtoxgear cannot process returns or refunds on your behalf because we never received your payment.
If you have an issue with one of our listings
If you believe a product on Lowtoxgear is described inaccurately (wrong specifications, expired certification, broken link, misleading score, etc.) email founder@boolsai.ai. We will review and update the listing within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to your transaction with the brand. They include guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for any purpose disclosed before purchase. Enforce these rights via the seller (the brand), and if needed via the ACCC or your state's Fair Trading office.
